Candidates for this exam use Microsoft Office Project Standard 2007, and Microsoft Office Project Professional 2007 standalone desktop features (excluding Project Server features). Candidates should have experience effectively modeling, scheduling, resourcing, communicating, collaborating on, and delivering projects using Project Standard 2007, Project Professional 2007, Microsoft SharePoint, and SharePoint Online. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of key project management concepts and terminology.
At the course completion
This course uses a scenario to guide students through the basic steps of creating and tracking a plan. You will create a new plan to learn how to create a schedule, add tasks to the plan, add resources to the plan, and assign the resources to tasks. Additionally, you will learn how to create Project reports to share with others, and track progress on tasks.
